Job Description

About GoSuper EdTech

At GoSuper EdTech, we are a team of passionate innovators dedicated to reshaping the education sector through cutting-edge technology.

Our mission is to make high-quality education accessible, efficient, and impactful for everyone. With a global footprint and a deep understanding of local needs, we bridge traditional education with modern, AI-driven solutions.

We're building a new kind of learning platform — where community, AI, and SaaS intersect to create scalable, personalized experiences for millions of learners.

If you're driven by high-impact challenges, product ownership, and meaningful work, GoSuper offers a front-row seat to the future of education technology.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about content, brand-building, and digital storytelling — and who wants to turn ideas into campaigns that actually move users: parents, teachers, schools, and education partners. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, design, curriculum, and product teams to build and grow the online presence of GoSuper EdTech and its ecosystem (StarSchool AI, StarCare360, Rainbow Kids, etc.). You’ll plan content, run campaigns, experiment with formats, track performance, and build communities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

This role is ideal if you:

  • Love creating or planning content for social media and observing what works
  • Are curious about brand-building, storytelling, and growth
  • Enjoy mixing creativity with analytics (ideas + numbers)
  • Want to grow in a fast-paced, product-driven startup in the EdTech space

What You’ll Do

  • Design and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendars across platforms
  • Create and plan platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored for parents, teachers, school owners, and educators
  • Plan and execute campaigns for admissions, product launches, features, events, and festivals
  • Manage day-to-day posting: Reels, carousels, stories, static posts, polls, and community content
  • Engage with the audience: reply to comments, DMs, queries, and build a positive community tone
  • Track performance using platform insights and basic analytics tools (reach, saves, shares, clicks)
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and ideas to improve engagement and growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Curriculum, Operations) to ensure content is accurate and aligned
  • Maintain a content repository (drive/folder structure) for posts, raw files, and campaign assets

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing / content / digital marketing (agency or brand side)
  • Strong understanding of how platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube work
  • Ability to think in content formats: Reels, Shorts, carousels, static posts, stories, polls, etc.
  • Good sense of copywriting and storytelling — how to structure a post that people want to read/watch
  • Basic understanding of engagement metrics (reach, impressions, saves, shares, CTR), content funnels (awareness → interest → action), and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, basic social tools)
  • Comfort working with tools like Canva, basic video editing apps, Google Docs/Sheets
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, take ownership of campaigns end-to-end, meet timelines, and manage multiple posts/campaigns in parallel
  • Good communication skills to understand briefs, ask the right questions, and share clear updates
  • Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a strong growth mindset

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience working with EdTech, preschool, school, or education brands

  • Exposure to paid ads (Meta/Google) or boosting posts

  • Basic familiarity with SEO, blogs, and website traffic

  • Experience collaborating with influencers/creators or micro-influencers

  • Prior experience in agency setups or managing multiple brands

  • Portfolio of live pages, campaigns, or sample content (even if small)

    Core Skills

  • Content ideation & calendar planning

  • Basic copywriting & brand voice alignment

  • Analytics interpretation (reach, engagement, CTR)

  • Trend spotting & platform-native thinking

Tools

  • Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Zoho Social
  • Canva
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Notion / Trello
