Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into clean, high-impact visuals while maintaining brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

In this role, you will work closely with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to execute design requirements across GoSuper EdTech and its ecosystem (StarSchool AI, StarCare360, Rainbow Kids, etc.).

This role is execution-focused, with strong exposure to growth marketing, campaigns, and product-led design.

What You’ll Do

• Design social media creatives: posts, carousels, stories, and ads
• Create marketing assets for campaigns, launches, events, and promotions
• Support design needs for landing pages, presentations, brochures, and internal decks
• Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with marketers and content teams to interpret briefs
• Execute revisions efficiently based on feedback and timelines
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
• Stay aligned with brand guidelines and visual standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (brand or agency side)
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Experience designing for digital platforms and social media
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic motion graphics or video editing exposure
• Experience designing ad creatives for Meta or Google Ads
• Familiarity with brand systems and design templates
• Experience working with startups, agencies, or EdTech brands
• Small portfolio showcasing social media or marketing designs
