Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Writer / Copywriter who loves writing, storytelling, and turning ideas into content that connects with parents, teachers, schools, and the education ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with our social media, marketing, curriculum, and product teams to craft clear, engaging, and high-impact content across social platforms, blogs, landing pages, and product communication.
You’ll write copy that drives awareness, builds trust, and explains our products in simple, relatable language.

What You’ll Do
- Write clear, engaging, and platform-specific captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create high-quality blog articles optimized for parents, teachers, and school owners
- Develop hooks, CTAs, and scripts for Reels, Shorts, explainers, and campaign videos
- Convert ideas into story-driven content that fits GoSuper’s tone and personality
- Support the social media calendar with post copy, campaign messages, and storytelling
- Write for product communication such as feature descriptions, banners, in-app text, and landing pages
- Create SEO-friendly long-form content (blogs, guides, FAQs, resource pages)
- Collaborate with designers to bring copy + visuals together into powerful content
- Research trends, competitors, and user behaviour to write relevant, conversion-focused content
- Write email newsletters, WhatsApp copy, app notifications, and marketing messages
- Keep a structured content repository (Google Docs/Sheets) for drafts, revisions, and approved text
- Edit, refine, and repurpose content across multiple formats
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command over English writing — clarity, grammar, structure, and style
- 1–4 years of experience in content writing, social media copywriting, or blogging
- Ability to write for different audiences: parents, teachers, educators, school owners, and tech users
- Good sense of copywriting and storytelling — how to structure a post that people want to read/watch
- Basic understanding of: Social-first content (hooks, captions, storytelling), Blog writing (structure, SEO basics, readability), CTA writing (action-driven and simple)
- Ability to shift tone—fun, emotional, educational, professional—based on brand and platform
- Familiarity with: Canva (for text placements), Google Docs, Sheets, Basic SEO tools (keyword research, formatting, headings)
- Comfortable working across multiple brands (GoSuper, StarCare360, Rainbow Kids, StarSchool AI)
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and meet content timelines
- Curiosity to learn about EdTech, preschool, and parent communication
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience writing for education, parenting, schools, SaaS, or startups
- Understanding of SEO deeper concepts (keywords, SERP, meta tags)
- Ability to help generate ideas for campaigns and social themes
- Experience writing scripts for videos, testimonials, and product explainers
- Portfolio of: Social media posts, Blogs / articles, Emailers, Campaign snippets (Even 5–10 samples are enough)
