Role Overview

As an HR Intern at GoSuper EdTech, you will support the HR function across operations, employee engagement, documentation, and people processes. This role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to real-world HR systems, structured workflows, and professional HR practices in a growing EdTech organization.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team, gaining end-to-end visibility into how HR enables scale, discipline, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Administration (Core Focus)

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal trackers
  • Assist in issuing HR letters (offer letters, confirmations, experience letters, etc.)
  • Support onboarding and exit processes end-to-end
  • Ensure documentation discipline and timely follow-ups

2. Employee Engagement & Relations (Exposure-Based)

  • Support grievance tracking and resolution documentation
  • Assist HR Manager in coordinating employee communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times

3. Performance & Reporting Support

  • Assist in managing performance review data and trackers
  • Support PIP documentation and follow-up workflows
  • Prepare weekly HR dashboards and internal reports

4. Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in sourcing profiles through job portals and referrals
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain hiring trackers and status updates
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires

5. Attendance, HRMS & Productivity Systems

  • Update attendance records and HRMS entries
  • Support productivity tracking using Excel or internal tools
  • Flag inconsistencies and follow up with teams under guidance

6. Policy, SOP & Process Documentation (Learning-Oriented)

  • Assist in drafting and updating HR SOPs and process documents
  • Support HR audits and internal compliance checks
  • Exposure to task management tools (Jira or similar) is a plus

Eligibility & Requirements

  • MBA (HR / Business Administration) – Pursuing or Recently Completed
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Fluency in English (Hindi and Kannada are a plus)
  • Ability to work onsite from Bengaluru
