Role Overview
We are looking for a Videographer & Editor who understands how visual storytelling drives attention, trust, and action — especially in digital-first platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to produce high-quality video content for GoSuper EdTech and its ecosystem (StarSchool AI, StarCare360, Rainbow Kids, etc.).
You will be responsible for end-to-end video execution — from shooting to editing — across social media, ads, product demos, testimonials, and brand campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- Shoot and edit videos for social media, ads, product demos, and brand storytelling
- Create platform-optimized content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube, and ads
- Edit talking-head videos, B-roll, testimonials, event footage, and product walkthroughs
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and basic animations
- Ensure videos align with GoSuper’s brand tone, visual identity, and messaging
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips across platforms
- Maintain organized storage of raw footage, edited files, and assets
- Stay updated with trends, editing styles, hooks, and platform best practices
- Support shoots during events, campaigns, school visits, or internal recordings (as required)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience as a videographer and/or video editor (brand or agency side)
- Strong understanding of video formats for social media and digital platforms
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Ability to shoot high-quality footage using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or smartphones
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, transitions, and visual hierarchy
- Basic understanding of social media performance (retention, hooks, watch time)
- Ability to manage multiple videos, timelines, and revisions efficiently
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Ownership mindset with attention to detail and deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience creating ad creatives for Meta or YouTube
- Basic graphic design or thumbnail design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with brand storytelling, testimonials, or educational content
- Experience working with startups, agencies, or EdTech brands
- Understanding of lighting, framing, and audio best practices
- Portfolio of published videos, reels, or campaigns
